The Uncertain Stoveman, a retired IBM Field Engineer, left the big city rat race about 12 years ago. After 10 years in the vintage kitchen appliance restoration business, he has retired again and is now only dealing in support literature for the vintage appliances. Stoveman in no longer doing restorations or taking service calls.
Sam Canup is The Uncertain Stoveman and this is a small business that I operate in my home shop in Uncertain, Texas on the shore of Caddo Lake. I no longer operate a store front or any displays of my products. I have a vast library of REPRODUCED literature for many brands of vintage gas ranges and refrigerators.
